Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 March 2026
1. General
KnowMe is an application operated by Integrity (Thailand) Ltd. and its associate companies within the Integrity group including PT Integrity Indonesia (“Integrity”, “KnowMe”, “us”, “we”) to support background screening processes. One of Integrity’s services is to provide background screening services for prospective companies/organizations or your company/organization (“Our Client”). KnowMe is an interface for candidates/employees who are being screened (“User”, “Candidates”, “you”, “your”) and is part of Integrity’s background screening ecosystem. These Terms of Service define the relationship between you and Integrity and the terms of use of KnowMe.
2. Our Responsibility
2.1. We are subject to a background screening service agreement with Our Client. We are obligated to comply with the agreement, instructions, and orders in accordance with the agreed scope and methods.
2.2. We will continue to develop, improve, and update KnowMe to enhance your experience and convenience within the background screening process.
2.3. We protect your data and information as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your Responsibility
3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your KnowMe account or access.
3.2. You are responsible for following KnowMe’s instructions and entering or attaching the correct data or documents.
3.3. You must not abuse, harm, interfere with, or disrupt KnowMe, including but not limited to:
3.3.1. Spamming, hacking, bypassing, introducing or installing malware, and any other activities that interfere with KnowMe.
3.3.2. Using our service to violate anyone’s legal rights, such as intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
3.4. Users shall comply with the Terms of Service and instructions we provide in relation to the use of KnowMe.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All trademarks, logos, images, icons, source code, content, or designs contained within KnowMe are reserved and protected by law.
4.2. No one is permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, create derivative works, redistribute, license, or exploit the content of KnowMe without our permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Integrity commits to implementing security by default and privacy by design. Integrity is not responsible for any illegal actions that you may commit through KnowMe, such as uploading other person’s data, which may result in data disclosure or harm towards that person.
5.2. Integrity is not responsible for Our Client’s decision regarding your job application, or any losses that may occur to you as a result of Our Client’s decision.
6. Settling Disputes, Governing Law, and Court
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country or territory.
7. Notification
7.1. If you have found a security vulnerability within KnowMe, you must immediately report your findings to us. You are prohibited from exploiting it for personal or group benefit, or publishing it to the public.
7.2. Integrity may, when necessary, notify or provide instructions regarding the development, maintenance, or disturbance of KnowMe to you.
